Are there really restrictions on alcohol in Salt Lake City?2021-12-07T05:42:49+00:00

No, not if you’re 21 or over. The myths of the city being “dry” go back many years, and Utah has a reputation for some “unusual” liquor laws. Today, Salt Lake (and all of Utah, for that matter) now have laws similar to the majority of states in the US. Should you wish to order, alcohol is available every day at area bars and restaurants. In fact, Salt Lake City has a growing micro-brewery scene, along with over 200 bars serving patrons seven days a week.
